The squaring face, outer peripheral edge, and bottom edge have undergone mirror polishing with diamond grit size 2000, which suppresses the generation of cutting edges. Compared to conventional end mills, the squaring angle and clearance angle have been increased (compared to our products), improving cutting performance. Additionally, to facilitate smooth chip removal, the chip pocket has been enlarged. The series also includes an AD (DLC) coating option, which offers enhanced resistance to adhesion, wear resistance, and a lower coefficient of friction, enabling excellent surface finish at high speeds. This can contribute to improved machining accuracy compared to conventional end mills.
